Jacksons Gluten Free Bakery was started in November 2013 by David, Yvonne, Daniel and Abigail Jackson, a family concern of gluten free bakers, with a combined experience of 75 years in the bakery and catering industries, intent on providing bakery products with outstanding taste and flavour.

WHAT DO WE MAKE?
A range of gluten free products (sweet and savoury), that eat like they should. From bread, rolls, pies, pasties and sausage rolls to desserts, muffins, cakes, scones and much, much more. If you have any favourites that we are not making at the moment, or have any other dietary or allergy requirements, please contact us and we'll gladly try and help.
Most of our products are wheat free, although a number do contain Codex Wheat starch. We also have a selection of products that are dairy free.

WHERE AND HOW DO WE DO IT?
We produce in our dedicated gluten free bakery in the heart of Torquay, South Devon.
We use only gluten free, quality ingredients, so you can order in safety and wherever possible we use locally sourced ingredients.
However the bakery is not a NUT free environment as we use several nut varieties in our products and whilst we take every precaution to avoid it, cross contamination may occur.
